Calls home and cell phones and never leaves a message. Hangs mup if you answer...Why, when I am on the "Do Not Call List", are these calls getting through? Any answers? Thank you.

Threatening call by someone with a think indian accent

states that he is with a law firm and he works for cash advance and wants to sue me for 1500 dollars,which i never received and some kind of way got access to my account number and social security number.

Caller tried to get confidential and personal medical information and medicare number.

every time i pick up and answer they hang up... but when i call back it says if you want to b placed on the do not call list, press one. it said that calls will seize after 3 days... ITS BEEN 6 DAYS and i'm still getting calls. i want to go to billings Montana with a couple of grenades and let them know how i feel.. ( i won't though because i don't have any, and its too far away)

Looking for Jennifer Robinson (Robertson??). This is the third time they have asked and each time they say they will remover the number.

prestige resort exchange is timeshare sales fraud. they tell you they have an offer to buy a timeshare you are trying to sell. they tell you they have cash. they get your cc number and signatures and then you are stuck fighting the bill with your credit card. they are very tricky. please report them to the federal trade commission and your state's attorney general right now! take the time to help fight elder fraud and timeshare fraud.

This number calls and wastes the minutes on my cell phone. They don't answer, so I quit answering. Still, it's annoying.

Definitely a scam and definitely connected to the Internet. DO REPORT this to all authorities and the FTC. They are connected to your email.

I received a call at work stating that a legal affidavit had been filed against me and that I had three counts of fraud against me for failure to repay a cash loan from an internet site. The Indian speaking guy stated that they had placed the funds in my account and when he went to get them out, he was unable to because "the payment was declined". He started the conversation by asking for my lawyer's name. He provided me with the last four digits of my social and stated that I had ignored emails from them that provided me with the information. When I began to question him, he hung up. I tried calling him back and after some time, he called me back to say that they would be sending a police out to arrest me and that I would understand the charges when they arrived. He would not give me ay information on the company nor the place where the filing took place.
